About Our Team
2 Scoops Rice is a Honolulu Creative Team specializing in local-influenced and Asian-infused creations. The team was assembled in 2003 by owners Cheyne Gallarde and Trevor Yamamoto who combined over ten years of Marketing and Graphic Design experience. Prior to the collaboration, Mr. Gallarde was the Owner and Senior Designer for Good Kine Design.

Some of their notable clients are: OC-16, Manoa Valley Theatre, E Komo Mai Summer Camp, Menehune Mac, the Life Foundation, Kahea, the University of Hawaii and many more.

Cheyne
Owner, Designer

Hailing from Waipahu, Hawaii, this dynamic 24 year old eats, dreams and thinks design. Although his illustration talent comes naturally, his design style is the result of many years of evolution.

He cites his main sources of inspiration as Buddhism, Swedish Design and HGTV. His creative drive is fueled by the musical stylings of Moby, The Hooverphonics, Yo-Yo Ma and masters behind Avenue Q.
